TREATMENT RESULTS

POST TREATMENT:

WHAT TO EXPECT

We apply a skinbooster after the procedure which is a cocktail of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, anti-oxidents and peptides. The microchannels created by the needles allows the skinbooster to penetrate into the skin for an even more radiant glow.

There is little to no downtime required after receiving RF Microneedling. Once treatment is finished, you may be slightly pink red and puffy.

Your skin may be slightly red and tender, you will be given some aloe Vera to alleviate the symptoms over the first 24 hours

This will resolve in about 24 hours. Light Makeup can be applied in 24 hours. It is recommended to avoid strenuous activities during the first 48-72 hours after treatment and avoid long showers or baths, which could trigger the face's natural response to flush. This is to keep skin vessels closed and improve the efficacy of the treatment. No retinol for 48 hours and you should avoid direct sun exposure and use of broad-spectrum suncream with an SPF of at least 30.

YOUR FIRST WEEK

Your skin may feel sensitive, tender, and slightly swollen for the first few days. You may also experience some mild redness, similar to a sunburn, and your skin may feel tight and dry. In the first 24-48 hours after the treatment, you may experience some mild bruising, pinpoint bleeding, or small scabs at the treatment site. This is a normal response to the microneedling process and should subside within a few days.
It's important to keep your skin well moisturized and protected from the sun during the first few days after treatment. Avoid using any harsh skincare products, and be gentle when washing your face.

Within the first 2-4 days this sensitivity fades and you will begin to see a more radiant, even complexion. Your skin will continue to improve over the next three to six weeks. The results are lasting as the production of collagen and elastin triggered by the treatment will continue to accelerate over six months.
You should also avoid using any exfoliating scrubs or chemical peels on your skin for at least a week after the treatment.

Contraindications
1. Active skin infections: Microneedling should not be performed on skin that is infected or inflamed, as this can increase the risk of further infection and inflammation.
2. Active acne breakouts: If you have active acne breakouts, microneedling should be avoided as the procedure can spread bacteria and worsen the condition.
3. Skin conditions: People with certain skin conditions such as cancer ,eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea in the treatment area should avoid microneedling as the procedure can exacerbate these conditions.
4. Blood clotting disorders: Individuals with blood clotting disorders or taking blood thinners should avoid microneedling as the procedure can cause bleeding and bruising.
5. Keloid scarring: If you are prone to keloid scarring, microneedling may increase the risk of developing more scars.
6. Pregnancy or breastfeeding: Microneedling should be avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding as the effects on the fetus or infant are unknown.
7. History of skin cancer: If you have a history of skin cancer or any suspicious skin lesions, microneedling should be avoided as it can potentially spread cancer cells.
8. Cardiac pacemakers , heart disease un regulated high blood pressure.
9. Metal implants in the treatment area.
10. Lack of sensitivity in the treatment area.
